Mimi's Quick and Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
For our family, I double this recipe, and if I’m making them for a crowd, I quadruple it.
- 1 pkg. white cake mix I use yellow, but you could use chocolate if you wanted
- ½ c. vegetable oil I use Canola
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 eggs
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips about 1/2 a bag
- ½ c. pecans chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°. Blend cake mix, oil, water, and eggs together. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake for 10-12 minutes on an ungreased baking sheet. Cookies are done when edges start to turn brown. Top of cookies will be pale. Cool on wire rack.
