Our refund policy is clear. Any buyer creating a PayPal or bank dispute for any reason other than a processing error (not a customer error) or a legitimate fraudulent transaction or transactions forfeits the right to purchase or receive free offers from our store in the future.

This shop strives to provide creative downloadable printables to help families and provide an honest income for our family. We are honest about the products we offer and try to display accurate descriptions and samples of our products.

We ask for your honesty in return and appreciate your understanding.
