I struggle with doing science projects with my kids. These are kits that are mailed right to your home. Each kit contains a textbook, teacher’s guide, fun experiments, activities, and all the supplies you’ll need to complete the experiments. With little to no prep work, this is literally a grab-and-go curriculum that won’t have you scouring the internet or driving all over town looking for supplies.
They even include permanent markers, rubber gloves, and colored pencils in the kits. (Which is amazing if your kids are like mine and hide things like permanent markers.) That cuts down on so much prep time!

I really like the fact the Science Unlocked Kits aren’t on a subscription. As a matter of fact, that’s one of my favorite things. I’m not a fan of auto shipments and recurring payments.
I love being able to align these hands-on curriculum kits to our current curriculum. However, you could use the kits for your sole curriculum for the entire school year if you choose.
Having all the supplies you need is definitely a time-saver and anything that helps me teach my kids and saves me time is always a plus in my book.
The lessons are easy to understand, and the teacher’s guide helps you through the entire experience. This is a biggie for me, I’m so intimidated by doing projects and experiments. I like it, but I’m always afraid I won’t explain something correctly or I’ll confuse my kids..
