The Best Easy Slow Cooker Pork Chops Ever
These pork chops are the best easy slow cooker pork chops ever made. I stumbled onto them years ago and they really come in handy on those especially busy days.
It’s no secret I hate to cook. I used to really enjoy it, but then the kids started getting pickier about what they’d eat and it just got really hard. I mean, who wants to spend two hours cooking a meal that half the family won’t eat or they complain about, right?
My family likes these pork chops. My littlest calls them chicken when he asks for more, but anything meat related, that he likes, becomes chicken. Haha…
To make these pork chops part of an easier meal, just add veggies. Throw in some small red potatoes or baby carrots, even broccoli. If you try this with broccoli, wait until the end of the cooking time. Otherwise, it may turn to mush.

The Best Easiest Slow Cooker Pork Chops Ever
Ingredients
- 8 regular cut boneless pork chops
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 4 packets brown gravy mix
- 3-4 cups water
Instructions
- Rinse the pork chops and lay them into the slow cooker side-by-side from left to right, when you run out of space, begin laying them side-by-side again top to bottom. Continue until there are no more pork chops.
- In another container, mix the onion soup mix with the brown gravy mixes, add 3 or 4 cups of water, depending on how you'd like the flavor to be. Less water = more flavor. Whisk the mixes with the water until no powdery lumps are present.
- Pour mixes over the pork chops.
- Set the slow cooker for 8 hours on low, or you could do 4 hours on high.
